Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Banking Associate who will support core loan operations by preparing key documentation and charging security/mortgages while coordinating effectively with a small team to meet quality and productivity targets.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $24.88/hr

Responsibilities

Charge security/mortgages accurately in support of loan processing
Complete loan programming activities to maintain workflow efficiency
Prepare letters for solicitors to engage for new security
Follow established processes to support timely, high-quality outputs
Participate in daily team meetings and communicate clearly with peers
Support pooled volume workflow to meet service level agreements
Work onsite primarily during training, then transition to a reduced onsite schedule
