Compliance Analyst

Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The duration of the contract is from Aug. 4, 2026 to Jan. 29, 2027 with a possible extension or conversion to FTE in downtown, Toronto and it’s 2-3 days/week onsite.

Pay rate – $54/hr Inc. + HST

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 5 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst with proven experience with reviewing regulatory changes and developments. Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and controls is required.

2) 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the Capital Market industry and Regulatory Library knowledge.

3) 5+ years of proven experience with a demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements (specifically for Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and United States) and ability to identify potential gaps precisely.

4) Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with and managing multiple stakeholders

5) Work experience in IBM OpenPages and Power BI dashboards is preferred.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Regulatory requirements knowledge for China, Japan and Singapore is an asset

2) Previous experience with Top 5 banks / FI within regulatory compliance space is very nice to have

3) Strong experience with MS Office Suite with proficiency in Advanced Excel
