We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Complaint Resolution Representative to support our clients Oakville team on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for responding to customer concerns, gathering accurate information, validating complaints, and working within company guidelines to provide timely and professional resolutions.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues directly where possible and escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams when further support is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer complaints in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner.
Review and validate customer concerns to ensure complaints are accurate and properly documented.
Handle complaints in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Investigate issues, gather relevant details, and determine appropriate next steps.
Provide solutions within the scope of authority, including arranging replacement products or reversing incorrect charges when applicable.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to support complaint resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaint details, actions taken, and follow-up requirements.
Ensure customers feel heard, supported, and satisfied with the outcome whenever possible.
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service, call centre, or complaint resolution experience preferred.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customer situations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to follow company policies and work within established guidelines.
Comfortable escalating issues when required.
Proficiency with computer systems and customer management tools considered an asset.

Monday to Friday onsite in Oakville, ON
Pay rate: $25-$27/hour + 4% vacation pay
