🔹 Customer Service Analyst🔹
• Handle inbound calls (10–35/day), emails, and case creation from branch partners and other internal employees
• Provide first and second-level support across systems, policies, and procedures
• Analyze data, solve problems, and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders and coach junior team members

Must Haves
• 6+ months of call center experience
• Investment knowledge – working experience or license (CSC/IFIC)
• College or University Degree
