We are looking for an experienced Clinical Analyst with strong expertise in Ambulatory Care workflows and Healthcare Information Systems (EHR/CIS).

✅ Mandatory Requirements:
• University Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology with direct Ambulatory Care experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst / Clinical Informatics Analyst focused on Ambulatory Care
• 5+ years of experience working with Acute Care Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS)
• 3+ years of experience on Health Information System/CIS implementation projects involving Ambulatory workflows
• Availability to start on or around June 29, 2026

⭐ Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design, and documentation
• Experience with CPOE, Order Sets, Clinical Documentation, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, and Laboratory workflows
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills (French & English preferred)
• Experience leading workshops with healthcare providers
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA
• Previous experience working with Public Health Authorities
