📍 Toronto, ON – Hybrid, 3 days onsite
💰 Rate: $85/hr Incorp
📅 Contract: 12 months, with strong possibility of extension
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours/week

We are seeking an experienced Change & Delivery Manager to support a major US Cash Management transformation program. This role will lead end-to-end change delivery, operational readiness, and implementation activities across multiple concurrent Agile releases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead change delivery across multiple initiatives and Agile release cycles
• Conduct business impact assessments and develop readiness plans
• Coordinate product rollouts, testing, deployment, and implementation activities
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions across business, operations, product, and technology teams
• Prepare leadership updates, dashboards, and implementation-readiness reporting

Must-Have Experience:
✅ 8+ years of Change Management experience
✅ Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment with overlapping releases
✅ Experience in Cash Management, Global Transaction Banking, Capital Markets, or Global Banking and Markets
✅ Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:
• Enterprise-level project management experience
• Product rollout, commercialization, and operational-readiness experience
• Testing coordination experience
• Previous banking experience
