2 Business Process / PM Consultants
Hybrid – Victoria, BC, Canada
24-month Contract Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking two experienced intermediate Business Process / Project Management Consultants to support a high-impact initiative within the social services sector. This project aims to modernize service delivery through enhanced digital processes, automation, and streamlined workflows — ultimately improving client experiences and operational efficiency.
Our client is transitioning toward an omnichannel service model to better meet growing demand and improve service access for clients. The existing system relies heavily on manual processes, leading to inefficiencies and limited data-driven decision-making. This initiative will address those challenges through business process redesign, automation opportunities, and performance measurement.
The job
As a consultant, you’ll collaborate with SDPR project teams and service delivery personnel to:
Confirm and document current workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining via digital tools/automation.
Recommend achievable improvements for workload management and operational efficiencies.
Develop and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quantify expected outcomes (e.g., time savings, process improvements).
Provide public sector business consultation services, including workload modeling for service delivery divisions.
Must-have qualifications:
5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams through business system alignment projects and change management initiatives.
5+ years applying Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and Change Management techniques.
7+ years managing effective communication with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
10+ years working with technical and business stakeholders to assess needs, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and define efficiency recommendations.
10+ years developing and measuring KPIs and quantifying expected outcomes.
Bonus: Experience working within the public sector and service delivery environments.
