🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Consultant – Level 1 🚨
📍 Location: Remote with in Canada
📅 Experience: 2–7 years
📄 Contract/Full-Time: 1 Year with possible extension

Are you passionate about business strategy, process improvement, and driving real change within large organizations? We’re looking for a Business Consultant Level 1 to join a high-impact team focused on transforming business operations and optimizing performance.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

✅ Analyze current business practices and recommend improvements
✅ Identify gaps and build action plans toward future-state success
✅ Develop business models to support strategic decisions
✅ Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive internal/external consulting efforts
✅ Support organizational change and transformation initiatives

🎯 What You Bring:
2–7 years of relevant consulting experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to support enterprise-level clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Consulting certification is a plus!)
