📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

💰 Pay Rate: $55–65/hr CAD (INC)

We’re hiring a seasoned Business Analyst to join a dynamic Technology Program Management & Transformation team that supports cloud data integration and governance across International Banking.
You’ll play a key role in a high-impact data migration and transformation

project — helping build a unified cloud data platform that supports stakeholders across multiple geographies (including the Caribbean & LATAM).

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Work with global business units to gather and translate requirements into actionable insights
Support cloud migration, data ingestion, and transformation projects
Collaborate with SMEs, data engineers, and cross-functional teams
Drive reporting, process optimization, and strategic data standardization

✅ You Bring:
8–10 years of BA experience on complex IT/data projects
Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Visio, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Fluency in English & Spanish (key for communication across LATAM & Caribbean)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

🌟 Nice to Have:
Power BI, Jira, Confluence
IIBA / Six Sigma / BPM certifications
Prior experience with cloud and international banking environments
