💰 Pay Rate: $39–49/hr CAD (INC)

Are you a data-driven Business Analyst with a passion for cloud transformation and international collaboration? Join our Technology Program Management & Transformation team as we lead a major cloud data migration and standardization initiative for International Banking.

💡 About the Project:
We’re building a unified cloud data platform that integrates global data sources, streamlines reporting, and accelerates insight generation. This is your chance to work on a high-impact platform that supports secure, scalable, and rapid data delivery for critical banking functions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Lead data discovery and work with SMEs to map and understand complex data landscapes
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive real value
Recommend process improvements and support data standardization across countries

✅ What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years as a Business Analyst in data/analytics-heavy environments
Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and familiar with BPMN/Visio
Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP or BigQuery
Bilingual in Spanish – a must to collaborate with international stakeholders
Strong communicator and data storyteller who thrives in Agile teams
