We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst | Government & Public Sector

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering successful IT and digital transformation projects? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to join a high-impact initiative within the Municipal Government Public Sector.

Required Qualifications:

University or Community College degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
Certification in Business Analysis and Change Management (CBAP preferred)
10+ years of Business Analysis experience on IT projects
10+ years supporting system implementations and digital transformation initiatives
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and analysis for medium-to-large projects
Strong experience in business process engineering
Experience developing business cases and conducting cost-benefit analysis
Expertise in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
Experience using Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing methodologies
Experience with data analytics
Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements
