🛠️ Job Overview
Strategic and results-driven Business Analyst to support the evolution of Finance processes and technologies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FinTech Evolution, this role will focus on the ERP Lifecycle Program, with responsibilities in business process analysis, SAP S/4HANA functional design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Develop business process flow diagrams and documentation.
Evaluate and re-engineer Finance processes to improve performance.
Define functional and technical requirements across Finance capabilities.
Support SAP S/4HANA design, including master data modeling and workflow.
Analyze financial results and provide insights to stakeholders.
Support multiple concurrent projects and continuous delivery of Finance products.

🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in Finance, master data, and workflow.
2+ years of relevant business analysis experience.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, journal entries, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Python, SQL, and regulated industries (utilities, energy, public sector).
