Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and lead the implementation of cutting-edge technologies that will revolutionize the way we deliver services and exceed customer expectations. This role involves driving innovation, optimizing workflows, and maximizing the potential of our service management platforms and tools.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners, project teams, and stakeholders to understand project scope and vision.Develop Level 3 process maps for future operations.Build trust with stakeholders through strong knowledge of project processes and the value chain.Provide input on Project Visions, Charters, and Epics.Create quality requirements within project scope boundaries.Lead and facilitate meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.Plan and facilitate testing, communicate results, track defects, and ensure acceptable resolutions.Obtain stakeholder sign-offs for activities such as process mapping and UAT.Provide post-launch stability support.Regularly update leaders and project managers on status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Must-Have Skills:

ServiceNow project implementation experience5-7 years of experience in a business analyst roleBusiness Analysis skills including requirement gathering, UAT planning, and process mappingEffective communication across different levels/audiencesAbility to deal with ambiguity

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Business Analysis certification/coursesStrong knowledge of organizational or project experience in business telecommunications
