✅ Must-Have Experience
✅ Gather and document business/system requirements; develop business cases.
✅ Design UI mockups, process models, and architecture artifacts.
✅ Coordinate projects, track issues/risks, and prepare stakeholder presentations.
✅ Apply business analysis techniques using structured, object-oriented, and agile methods.
✅ Work with CRM/document management systems to translate requirements into solutions.
✅ Knowledge of AODA, info management, and retrieval tools.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; experience with JAD, UML, and CASE tools.
