🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and system specifications
Support project execution by defining scope, feasibility, risks, and mitigation strategies
Collaborate closely with Operations, Product teams, Project Managers, and external clients
Provide support across all project phases including QA testing and implementation
Ensure adherence to PMM, BSAM, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Continuously improve processes and conduct peer reviews of project artifacts

🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
University or college degree in a relevant discipline
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis (software development or systems integration projects)
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with MS Office and business analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
