What You’ll Be Doing:
– Leading detailed requirement phases and resolving complex business system issues.
– Creating advanced process maps to facilitate gap analysis and stakeholder training.
– Managing critical project documentation, including implementation plans and risk mitigation strategies.
– Facilitating sessions with business partners to ensure alignment with North American growth strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:
– Experience: 3-6 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT and Financial Services.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
– Bonus Points: Business Analyst designation or experience with MS Project and process modeling.
