We’re looking for a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in HRMS and PeopleTools to support a large-scale upgrade initiative.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• PeopleSoft HRMS (Workforce Admin, Compensation, Payroll, Absence Mgmt)
• PeopleTools Development – PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR
• Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Application Packages
• Page Design, Fluid UI (Tiles, Homepage)
• BI Publisher / nVision Reporting
• SQL (Complex queries, data fixes & analysis)
• Web Services & Third-party Integrations
• PeopleSoft Upgrade Tools (PUM)
• Change Management Tools – PHIRE, STATS

📌 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
• Work on end-to-end HRMS upgrade & enhancement projects
• Design and develop technical & functional solutions
• Perform system integrations, testing & production support
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability & performance
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into solutions
