IT Project Manager

Hiring: IT Project Manager – Real Estate Infrastructure | Canada

Location: 310-320 Front Street West, Toronto, ON – Hybrid,  2 days onsite,
Duration: 6 Months ( Extension and Conversion possibility)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage small to medium-sized Real Estate and IT Infrastructure projects, including technology installations, renovations, new builds, and decommissions.

Pay Range: $105-110/hr INC or $84-90/hr T4
Years of Overall Experience: 8 to 10 years, .10 years of PM experience would be ideal**

Must-Have Skills**
~IT Project Management
~Real Estate and Infrastructure Projects
~Strong Technology/IT Background
~Jira
~MS Excel
~Strong planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have
~PMP certification
~Spreadsheet and reporting experience
~Video conferencing or technology currency projects
