Now Hiring: Senior IT Project Manager – Real Estate & Technology Infrastructure | Toronto, ON
We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a technology team supporting Real Estate, Business Lines, and Technology initiatives across the GTA.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2 days onsite, with potential for more depending on project needs)
📅 Contract: October 5, 2026 – April 5, 2027
🔄 Extension: Possible
➡️ Conversion: Possible
💼 Experience: 8–10+ years overall; ~10 years of IT PM experience ideal
🎓 Education: Diploma or Degree
🏆 PMP: Preferred, not mandatory
🔹 Technology Scope May Include
Telco circuits
Wired & wireless networks
Audio Visual / Video Conferencing
Workstation technology
Printers, servers, phones, and other onsite technology
Technology installations, renovations, new builds, and decommissions
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ IT Project Management
✅ Real Estate & Infrastructure Project experience
✅ Strong technology/infrastructure background
✅ Jira
✅ MS Excel
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
✅ Ability to manage project financials and deliverables
⭐ Nice to Have
PMP certification
Video conferencing projects
Technology currency/refresh projects
Strong spreadsheet and reporting experience
