URGENT **2 Junior Project Control Officers (PCO) 88
Thomas Technology Partners Inc. (TTP) is seeking 2 Junior Project Control Officers to support a large-scale implementation initiative.
Location: Downtown Toronto
Hybrid: 2–3 days/week onsite
Contract: 12 months with renewal
Rate: $45/hour
2 positions available
The PCOs will support Project Managers and Implementation Leads across multiple workstreams with project coordination, scheduling, meetings, documentation, action/decision tracking, status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS
✔ Experience providing project coordination, administrative, or executive support in a multi-stakeholder environment with competing priorities
✔ Strong scheduling, organization, prioritization, communication, critical-thinking, and follow-through skills
✔ Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, or similar project coordination/project management tools
✔ Working knowledge of timelines, milestones, actions, decisions, risks, issues, and status reporting
✔ Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
✔ Strong written communication skills with experience preparing minutes, summaries, briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation
✔ Experience coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, action items, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
Public-sector and/or healthcare project experience (nice to have)
