📍 Toronto – 222 Jarvis St. OR Oshawa – 33 King West
🏢 5 Days Onsite
📅 1 Year Contract (250 Business Days) + Possible 89-Day Extension

🔹 MUST-HAVE SKILLS

✅ Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server 2019, 2022 & 2025
✅ Experience designing and implementing REST API integrations
✅ Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c, DB2/Windows, or DB2/zOS
✅ Enterprise database administration experience
✅ Strong performance tuning & troubleshooting skills
✅ Experience with Backup, Recovery, HA/DR & Failover

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 environments
• Monitor database health, performance, availability and capacity
• Perform installations, migrations, upgrades and maintenance
• Manage database security, access, roles and permissions
• Support clustering, AlwaysOn, failover and replication
• Troubleshoot incidents and optimize database performance
• Support modernization, migration and hybrid/cloud initiatives
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, development and vendor teams

⭐ Government/enterprise experience, RHEL/Linux, automation, ITIL and cloud experience are strong assets.
