📍 Remote | 💰 $61-$71/hr (T4) or $73-$83/hr (Incorporated) | 📅 6-Month Contract with Potential for Extension/Permanent Hire

Are you passionate about ensuring software quality, building automated test frameworks, and validating complex system integrations? We’re working with a leading organization in the insurance sector seeking a Quality Engineer to support a major digital transformation initiative focused on advisor-facing platforms and electronic document management solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Build and maintain automated API and integration test suites
✅ Validate application data, transaction lifecycles, client statements, and tax documents
✅ Perform end-to-end testing and data validation across integrated systems
✅ Verify backend-to-frontend integrations and API contracts
✅ Execute regression testing within CI/CD pipelines
✅ Manage defects through the full lifecycle
✅ Conduct entitlement, access-control, metadata, and tagging validation
✅ Collaborate closely with developers and Agile delivery teams

What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience with API and integration test automation (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
✔ Strong automation and scripting skills using Java, JavaScript, or Python
✔ Experience with end-to-end data validation across multiple systems
✔ Knowledge of CI/CD testing workflows, GitHub, and pull request processes
✔ Experience in Agile quality engineering and defect management

Nice to Have
⭐ Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation
⭐ JMeter for performance and load testing
⭐ Salesforce integration testing experience
⭐ Document management platforms such as Alfresco
⭐ Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance industry experience
⭐ Experience improving automation coverage for orchestration and integration layers
