Location: Fredericton, NB (Remote)
Contract Duration: 500 Business Days
Estimated Start Date: August 10, 2026
Estimated End Date: August 9, 2028
Work Hours: 7.5 hours/day

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Clinical Information System (CIS) transformation initiative with the Province of New Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and analyze existing business requirements and technical documentation
✅ Lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, workflow analysis, and gap assessments
✅ Develop business processes, solution documentation, workflows, use cases, and training materials
✅ Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to support CIS implementation and downstream system impacts
✅ Engage with physicians, nursing teams, allied health, pharmacy, laboratory, diagnostic imaging, and operational stakeholders
✅ Support readiness assessments, cutover planning, risk management, and governance reporting
Mandatory Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
🔹 Proven experience leading business analysis activities in large-scale healthcare and/or government transformation projects
🔹 Strong experience in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, process analysis, workflow development, and solution design support
🔹 Hands-on experience working with clinical stakeholders and enterprise Clinical Information Systems (CIS)
Preferred / Scored Experience:
⭐ Experience with New Brunswick healthcare technology environments (Department of Health, Vitalité Health Network, Horizon Health Network, Service New Brunswick)
⭐ Strong communication skills in English and French preferred
⭐ Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI certifications, CSM, or equivalent
⭐ Experience supporting CIS implementations, upgrades, optimization, or replacement initiatives
⭐ Experience with healthcare applications including Laboratory, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology, Registration, Scheduling, and Nursing systems
📍 Remote opportunity: Candidates must be able to travel to New Brunswick at least twice per year during the project duration.
