Are you a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology? We’re partnering with a leading client to hire an experienced professional for an exciting remote contract opportunity.
Position: ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge & CMDB)
• Experience translating business needs into ServiceNow-native solutions
• Hands-on configuration experience with:
Forms, Lists, UI Policies & Client Scripts
Business Rules, UI Actions & Data Policies
Flow Designer & Workflows
Service Catalog & Catalog Items
Notifications, Reports & Dashboards
• Familiarity with Now Platform Architecture and ITIL v4
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Exposure to HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, or SecOps is a plus
📍 Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be based in Canada)
