Senior ServiceNow Program Manager

🚨Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Program Manager for a Healthcare industry client🚨

📍 Remote – Mississauga, ON
⏰ 8 months (with possibility of extension)
💰 $90/hr (INC) – MAX

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
-15+ years of progressive experience in program management, strategic transformation, or enterprise IT.
-Extensive, hands-on experience managing, kicking off, and successfully implementing ServiceNow and other large-scale enterprise applications.
-Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies to drive complex technology priorities.
-Demonstrated hands-on experience using modern program management and tracking tools, specifically Jira, Planview, Asana, and Smartsheet.
-Proven ability in setting OKRs and KPIs alongside strong analytics acumen for strategic decision-making.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
