We are looking for a Senior Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Access Governance (OAG), and Oracle IAM architecture.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
✅ 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
✅ Strong experience with Oracle Identity Management and Oracle Access Governance
✅ 4+ years of experience deploying Oracle Access Governance in enterprise environments (60,000+ identities)
✅ Deep understanding of identities, accounts, entitlements, roles, permissions, access bundles, request catalogs, approvals, and certifications
✅ Oracle Identity Governance / OIM / Oracle IAM architecture experience
✅ Oracle EBS or ERP access model experience
✅ Architecture experience with OAG core, application, and enterprise architecture

Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience working with Government agencies, ministries, and large public-sector environments
⭐ Prior OPS/Public Sector experience
