🚨 Now Hiring: Support Analyst – CRU Refresh Project
📍 Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)
📅 Contract Opportunity – 9 months contract with possible extension

emergiTEL is looking for an Support Analyst to support a banking Cash Recycling Unit (CRU) Refresh implementation project.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in end-user hardware support, device deployment, and banking technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support banking device delivery, installation, and deployment activities
✅ Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for end-user devices
✅ Assist team members with device setup and ensure a smooth user experience
✅ Travel to banking locations as required
✅ Collaborate with project and technology teams during CRU refresh activities

Required Experience:
🔹 Strong experience supporting end-user hardware and devices
🔹 Background in banking, financial services, ATM, CRU, or branch technology environments is highly preferred
🔹 Experience with field support, deployments, or hardware refresh projects is an asset
