Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Asset Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the Asset Management team by coordinating the end-to-end disposition and return processes for enterprise technology assets. This position is ideal for professionals with a keen eye for detail and experience in managing asset lifecycle workflows in a highly regulated environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $21.74/hr

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage asset removal requests submitted through ServiceNow
Review and validate asset information for accuracy and completeness
Verify asset status, including defective, end-of-life, surplus, and overflow inventory
Coordinate disposition activities with internal stakeholders and storage personnel
Collaborate with third-party vendors to facilitate asset pickups
Provide vendors with asset details and scheduling information
Confirm pickup completion and monitor the process until finalization
Investigate discrepancies in asset quantities and resolve issues
Validate shipment details against ServiceNow records
Confirm physical receipt and accuracy of asset counts with vendors
Reconcile assets removed from locations with those received at warehouses or disposal sites
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies through stakeholder engagement
Manage ServiceNow tickets from initiation to closure, ensuring accurate documentation
Review and reconcile vendor invoices related to asset disposition activities
Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation for asset management processes
Support internal controls and regulatory requirements related to enterprise asset handling
Desired Skill-Set

Approximately 1-3 years supporting asset lifecycle or inventory management
Strong proficiency with ServiceNow ticket management
Basic Excel skills for data validation and reconciliation
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
Problem-solving and discrepancy resolution abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working independently and within a team environment

Experience in a financial services or highly regulated industry
