• 8+ years of enterprise Microsoft Infrastructure experience
• Experience of L3 Support experience
• Advanced Active Directory (Replication, Trusts, FSMO Roles, Authentication & DNS Integration)
• Group Policy (GPO) Design, Deployment & Troubleshooting
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Administration
• PowerShell Scripting & Automation
• Windows Clustering, DFS & PKI
• Performance Tuning & Security Hardening
• Remote Desktop Services (RDS) & RemoteApp
• VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS & vMotion
• Storage, Networking & Infrastructure Troubleshooting
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
