AI Innovation Specialist

My team at Zurich Canada is expanding, and I’m looking for the right person to join Data, Analytics & AI.

Role: AI Innovation Specialist | Toronto (Hybrid)

A few things we’ll be looking for beyond the job description:

– A translator. Someone who can take a messy business problem and turn it into a clear AI solution concept that we can act on.
– Hands-on with AI. You’ve worked with LLMs, prompt design, or generative AI
– Process-first. You look at how the work actually gets done before you decide where AI fits – not the other way around.
