Senior Data Analysts

Canada Life is growing our AI Enablement team and we’re looking for talented Senior Data Analysts to help turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

📢 We’re hiring for three opportunities: • 2 Permanent Full-Time positions • 1 12-Month Contract position.

In these roles, you’ll work at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI, partnering with stakeholders, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to translate complex business opportunities into practical AI use cases.

We’re looking for candidates who bring:
✅ A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
✅ Experience in analytics, business analysis, or data-driven problem solving
✅ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
✅ Expertise with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, Databricks, or similar platforms
✅ Experience measuring business outcomes and delivering actionable insights
✅ The ability to bridge technical and business audiences effectively
✅ Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or advanced analytics initiatives is a strong asset.
