🚨 We’re Hiring: Team Lead, Telecom Analysts 🚨
I’m excited to be recruiting for a Team Lead, Telecom Analysts at Lifemark Health Group!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT leader to oversee our national telecommunications environment, driving enterprise telephony, contact centre operations, clinic connectivity, vendor partnerships, and strategic technology initiatives that support nearly 400 locations across Canada.
We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ 7+ years of telecommunications, unified communications, or infrastructure operations experience
✔️ Leadership experience managing technical teams
✔️ Experience with enterprise telephony platforms (RingCentral, Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice, etc.)
✔️ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
✔️ Experience supporting large-scale transformations, acquisitions, or multi-site environments
📍 Hybrid Role
North York (243 Consumers Rd) or Brampton (1 President’s Choice Circle)
🏢 4 days in office | 💻 1 day remote
