We are partnering with a leading financial institution to find an experienced Director, Regulatory Trade Reporting Change to lead complex regulatory transformation initiatives across Capital Markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can bridge the gap between Regulatory, Technology, Operations, and Business teams — translating global regulatory requirements into scalable solutions and driving enterprise change.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
✅ Director-level leadership experience within banking/financial services
✅ Strong Capital Markets and Regulatory Trade Reporting background
✅ Experience with global regulations (Dodd-Frank, CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MiFID II, OSC/CIRO, etc.)
✅ Ability to lead technology-enabled change, governance, and cross-functional teams
✅ Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
📍 Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
💰 Compensation: $180K–$190K base + 20% bonus
