We’re looking for candidates with experience in healthcare, hospital switchboards, call centres, or high-volume customer service who have excellent communication skills and can confidently prioritize competing demands. Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital emergency codes is a strong asset.

This role requires flexibility to work rotating day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
