Enterprise Architecture, Scalability & Performance
HR Systems Integration (SuccessFactors preferred)
Virtual Agent, Microsoft Teams & Workflow Automation
Strong Agile delivery experience

Responsibilities:
Define end-to-end HRSD solution architecture and integration strategy
Design scalable Employee Center solutions and enterprise integrations
Lead design reviews, governance, and technical standards
Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and knowledge transfer
Drive HR workflow automation and Employee Center enhancements
