Position: Sr. Manager, Store Space Planning (Retail)
Client: Enterprise Retail Client
Type: PERM
Salary: 125- 135k + bonus, benefits package
Location: 5 days a week on site – Mississauga

Required Skills & Experience
– 1 year of past people management experience
– 7-15 years of experience working within design (space planner or design – manager previous to being a manager
– 2+ recent years of experience working within big box retail environment
– Experience creating floor plan/block plan to plan high-level where each merchandising section will go based on the templates available
– Strong with AutoCA
– Responsible for scoping a store and understanding that stores pain point to implement that into the design
– Experience with leadership, presence, stakeholder management
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PPT, Bluebeam

– Comfortable with working on-site 5 days per wee
– Travel within Canada about once a month overnight
