✅ Employee Central (EC) Certification – Mandatory
✅ Experience with Core HR, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services
✅ Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP HCM and third-party systems
✅ End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
✅ Strong understanding of Core HR business processes
✅ Willingness to travel to client sites within Canada
