🔳 Senior IT Change Manager (Contract) Edmonton, AB (100% Onsite) 🔳

◾ Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
◾ Compensation: $85–$100/hr Incorporated

🔳 Stafingo is hiring a Senior IT Change Manager for a confidential public sector client in Edmonton. This role will lead organizational change initiatives supporting a large-scale Procurement System Modernization program.

◼️ Key Responsibilities
◾ Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and execution
◾ Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments
◾ Develop communication and resistance management plans
◾ Deliver executive presentations and facilitate stakeholder workshops
◾ Drive user adoption and organizational readiness
◾ Support project risk, issue, and change management activities
◾ Create communications and change management deliverables
◾ Monitor adoption metrics and continuous improvement

◼️ Required Experience:
◾ 7+ years of IT Organizational Change Management experience
◾ Large-scale ERP, enterprise system, or digital transformation projects
◾ Stakeholder engagement and executive communications
◾ Change impact analysis and organizational readiness
◾ Communication strategy and change planning
