🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior AI Engineer (RQ11252) | Ontario Government Project | Onsite – Toronto, ON
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
Job Title: Senior AI Engineer (RQ11252)
Location: 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
Contract Duration: Until March 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)

Mandatory Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development
✅ Hands-on experience with Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
✅ 5+ years of Amazon Connect implementation experience
✅ Amazon Connect Customer AI Agents
✅ Amazon Bedrock integration with Amazon Connect
✅ Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge & IAM
✅ Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, Guardrails & MCP
✅ Python, JavaScript & Node.js
✅ Conversational AI, IVR and Contact Center Solutions

Preferred:
✔️ Ontario Public Sector (OPS) / Government project experience
