I’m recruiting for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team modernizing a large-scale enterprise platform using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, APIs, and microservices.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven software engineering leadership experience
✔️ Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Linux & AWS
✔️ Experience leading API/microservices architecture and Agile development teams
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in York Region
