🚀 Senior PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst (22-Month Contract | Hybrid – GTA)
We’re looking for a seasoned PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst to join a major HR transformation program focused on modernizing and optimizing enterprise HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes.
This is a high-impact functional role where you’ll work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to shape the future of HR systems and processes.
💡 What you’ll do:
Lead workshops and define future-state HR processes
Create BRDs, FDDs, and detailed functional documentation
Drive process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and gap analysis
Support integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Pension, external systems)
Own UAT planning, execution, and defect coordination
🧠 What we’re looking for:
5+ years as a PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst
Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)
Skilled in BRDs, FDDs, process mapping, and UAT
Experience in HR transformation or large enterprise environments
Bonus: Public sector or higher education experience
📍 Location: Hybrid (GTA – onsite 2 days/week during key phases)
⏳ Duration: 22 months
💰 Rate: Up to $82/hr (inc.)
