🚀 Hiring: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst | 12-Month Contract | Toronto, ON 🇨🇦

Are you a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and public sector solutions? Do you have experience navigating funding or grantmaking modules?

We are partnering with a prominent healthcare agency in Ontario to find a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in their Enterprise CRM Roadmap. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business portfolios and technical vendors to successfully deliver a high-impact Funding Management System (FMS).

📌 Role Details:
Position: Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract

🎯 What You’ll Do:
Act as the single point of contact for business SMEs across Regional and Sector Capacity portfolios.
Collaborate closely with implementation vendors to translate business requirements into refined user stories within Azure DevOps.
Support Agile/SCRUM sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Help shape the agency’s long-term Enterprise CRM vision.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of Public Sector experience building complete Salesforce CRM solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Grantmaking, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
5+ years managing User Stories and requirements documentation using Microsoft Azure DevOps under Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
Strong background in 3rd-party system integrations.

Assets: Salesforce Certified BA, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, PMI-PBA, or IIBA certifications.
