🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Banking | Fintech | Digital Transformation)

(emergiTEL) is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a key initiative focused on Digital Sales & Onboarding modernization within the banking/fintech domain.

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Canada)
📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract
⚠️ Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid Canadian Work Permit, PR, or Citizenship. No sponsorship available.

🔹 Must-Have Requirement (Mandatory):
✔ Strong, proven experience in Digital Sales & Onboarding Modernization
✔ Experience working in Banking or fintech environments. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Lead business analysis for digital onboarding and sales transformation initiatives
– Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
– Perform gap analysis and define future-state digital solutions
– Work closely with Product, UX, Architects, Developers, and QA teams
– Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
– Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement
– Assist in UAT and ensure business alignment of delivered solutions
Document APIs, integrations, and digital channel requirements

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
– Strong Business Analysis expertise and methodologies
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Nice to Have:
– 5+ years BA experience in banking or fintech
– SAP Account Origination experience
– Jira & Confluence expertise
– Experience with web/mobile application projects
– Product Management understanding
