IT Project Manager

We are hiring for an IT Project Manager position that requires proficiency in Spanish. This role is based in Downtown Toronto with a hybrid work model that requires three days on-site.

**Rate:** $98/hr

**Must-have requirements:**
– Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
– A minimum of 9 years of experience in technology program management, leading large cross-functional and cross-regional teams on major organizational projects, primarily focused on software development releases.
– Strong experience with Agile practices, including Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and Kanban-based delivery, as well as longer-term planning such as release planning and release train planning.
– Proven experience in planning, managing, and reporting on program budgets and integrated program delivery schedules.
– Ability to create, publish, and communicate overall reporting to stakeholders, including SteerCo, PMO, status/progress updates, financials, and administrative reports.
– Experience working with a team to identify roadmap and feature dependencies and impediments, with accountability for tracking and removing these to enable the team to surface, track, and escalate issues.
