Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Project Manager, Benefits Plan Re-Design.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of enterprise benefits redesign and vendor transition projects
Manage third-party vendors, Statements of Work, SLAs, and project deliverables
Prevent scope creep and control change requests through proactive scope management
Identify project risks early and develop mitigation plans in advance
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, setting realistic expectations
Coordinate cross-functional impacts across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
Collaborate with Oracle HRMS stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met
Facilitate governance, status reporting, and executive communications
Translate technical discussions into clear business language for stakeholders
Desired Skill-Set
Proven experience managing enterprise projects with a focus on business process transformation
Track record of leading benefits redesign initiatives, including vendor transitions
Experience managing projects involving Oracle HRMS systems
Strong vendor management skills: SOW governance, SLA oversight, and change control
Ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both business and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with Canadian benefits programs across multiple provinces
Knowledge of varied provincial legislative and compliance considerations
Background working within Enterprise PMO environments
Prior experience in financial services
