Director Program Management (Treasury)

Compensation:
• $150K–$175K base + 20% bonus
• ~$30K equity
• Strong pension (5% core + matching), ESOP (up to 60% match), and full benefits

Key things we’re looking for:
• Deep Treasury / banking experience (liquidity, FX, funding, capital markets; Murex a plus)
• True Program Management — leading large, complex, multi-stream programs ($10M+)
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence
