🚀 We’re Hiring: Release Train Strategist II (2 Openings)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid), 4 days on site, 1 day work from home
📅 Contract: 12 Months ( Extension and Conversion possibility)
Are you an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Release Train Strategist looking for your next opportunity? Join a leading enterprise client and play a key role in driving Agile delivery, PI Planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a SAFe environment.
Years of Overall Experience: 2+ years of experience
Preferred Candidate Background: Banking or financial institutions, payments background
Pay Range: $100-110/hr INC or $80-98/hr T4
🎯 What You’ll Do
✅ Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
✅ Coordinate software releases across multiple Agile teams.
✅ Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
✅ Identify and remove delivery roadblocks to improve product quality.
✅ Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize features.
✅ Drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams.
✅ Track and report release metrics to optimize delivery performance.
💼 Must-Have Skills
✔️ 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Release Train Strategist.
✔️ Strong understanding of money movement, global/electronic transfers, or payment systems.
✔️ Hands-on experience working within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
✔️ Experience using Jira and Confluence.
⭐ Nice-to-Have
➕ Experience with Clarity.
➕ SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or RTE Certification.
➕ Previous experience working with enterprise or financial services clients.
