About the Role

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of an organization’s identity security infrastructure. They ensure that the right individuals have the correct access to technology resources at the right time, minimizing security risks while maintaining operational continuity.

 

Responsibilities

Own day to day IAM operations for Client including JML, access provisioning, de provisioning, modifications, and recertification
Ensure SLA and KPI compliance, monitor backlog, ticket aging, response quality, and drive continuous improvements
Lead operational governance, audits, and compliance reporting aligned to Client requirements
Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and lead customer service review meetings
Act as the escalation point for critical IAM incidents and operational risks
Drive operational discipline across ITSM processes (Incident, SR, Problem, Change)
Build, manage, and mentor a high performance IAM operations team (onshore/offshore)

 

 

Qualifications

8+ years in IAM / Security operations with customer facing delivery experience
Strong understanding of IAM concepts (JML, RBAC, access reviews, recertification)
Proven experience in operations governance, KPI tracking, and stakeholder management

 

Required Skills

IAM, PAM technologies and ITIL process

 

Preferred Skills

5-6 years of IAM Cybersecurity operations lead
