A large Telco in is seeking a highly motivated, proactive AI Product Owner to drive the evolution of our next-generation Contact Center AI services.
About the Role
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution, defining product roadmaps that leverage conversational AI, LLMs, and automation to transform customer support.
Responsibilities
Drive the evolution of Contact Center AI services.
Define product roadmaps leveraging conversational AI, LLMs, and automation.
Collaborate with engineering squads.
Ask probing questions and challenge assumptions.
Gather clarity from cross-functional Client team members.
Unblock features and map out complex user journeys.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong technical foundation.
Hands-on experience or fluency in Python and JavaScript.
Knowledge of Google Contact Center Solution GECX / CES / CCAI / Dialogue Flow is preferred.
Required Skills
Proactive and assertive champion.
Ability to dig for information actively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with conversational AI technologies.
Familiarity with customer support transformation.
