🚨 Hiring: IAM Governance & Control Analyst 🚨
I’m currently hiring for an IAM Governance & Control Analyst contract opportunity with a leading financial institution.
📍 Location: Onsite 4 days/week
Primary location: Toronto
💰 Rate: $70/hr Incop

This role will support IAM Governance and Controls, with a focus on documenting and improving processes, standardizing access requests, and supporting governance activities across areas such as Privileged Access, Active Directory, IAM controls, reporting, and process improvement.
You’ll be working closely with business, technology, IAM operations, audit, and control partners to ensure IAM governance practices are documented, measurable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
What you’ll be working on:
✅ Supporting IAM governance guidelines, procedures, and control documentation
✅ Documenting business requirements, process flows, naming conventions, RACI, and inventories
✅ Helping update and improve ServiceNow forms and IAM access request processes
✅ Supporting governance reporting, KRIs, KPIs, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations
✅ Working with teams to ensure required IAM information is entered accurately and consistently
✅ Explaining the “what” and “why” behind process changes to drive adoption
✅ Supporting IAM governance controls across Privileged Access, Active Directory, Cloud IAM, Identity Lifecycle Management, and logical access controls
✅ Partnering with stakeholders to move toward a more accountable, self-serve governance model
Must-have experience:
🔹 8+ years of security experience in Access Management
🔹 8+ years of experience following or documenting guidelines, processes, and operational procedures
🔹 Experience documenting business requirements
🔹 5+ years of change management experience, including documenting processes and communicating changes to diverse stakeholder groups
🔹 Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles, concepts, and best practices
🔹 Strong stakeholder management, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Nice to have:
➕ Spanish fluency
➕ Power BI or other reporting tool experience
➕ Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar
