We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support a large-scale transformation initiative. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management strategies
Stakeholder & impact assessments, readiness planning
Create communication materials & training content
Support workshops, rollout, and adoption activities
Track risks, issues, and change readiness metrics
🔹 Key Skills:
Strong experience in Change Management & stakeholder engagement
Training material development & communication planning
Experience working in large transformation programs
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
